Standard/priority shipping is $6.95 with delivery within 2-3 business days.
Express shipping is $22.95 with delivery within1-2 business days.
When you place an order before 2 pm EST your items be shipped the same day and you will receive a tracking number update through email shortly after. In the event of high order volume, the order will be shipped the following business day (Mon -Fri )
If for some reason you place an order and the item is out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible. The turnaround time for bundles is usually 2-3 business days and wigs could take up to 5-7 business days.

Insurance:
We offer a Route insurance option when placing orders on our site. Please understand that if a package is lost, stolen, or damaged after leaving our facility we are unable to accept any responsibility for the package contents. We do not provide refunds or replacements for orders that are lost, stolen or damaged while in transit. We unfortunately do not take responsibility if USPS or FEDEX delays, damages or loses your package, as it is 100% out of our company’s control. In the event that something happens to your package please contact Route via their mobile app or website.
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our products. If you receive your products and are not happy how they look or feel you may return them to us for your money back minus shipping if applicable. Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned. We honor this for up to 30 days after purchase (30 days = date package left our facility to date return is received). Orders returned after 30 days will be sent back to customer.
Hair must be in the original state the same as it was sent to you.
Not the style you were looking for and wanted to exchange to something else? No problem! Just send it back to us!
We do not refund shipping charges.
The returned items must follow our return policy guidelines. All returns have to be refunded. We currently do not exchange orders.
ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED YOU CANNOT MAKE ANY EDITS OR CHANGES TO THE ORDER. WE WILL NEED TO ISSUE YOU A FULL REFUND.
