We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada.
When you place an order before 2 pm EST your items be shipped the same day and you will receive a tracking number update through email shortly after. In the event of high order volume, the order will be shipped the following business day (Mon -Fri )
If for some reason you place an order and the item is out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible. The turnaround time for bundles is usually 3-4 business days and wigs could take up to 5-7 business days.

Insurance:
We offer a Route insurance option when placing orders on our site. Please understand that if a package is lost, stolen, or damaged after leaving our facility we are unable to accept any responsibility for the package contents. We do not provide refunds or replacements for orders that are lost, stolen or damaged while in transit. We unfortunately do not take responsibility if USPS or FEDEX delays, damages or loses your package, as it is 100% out of our company’s control. In the event that something happens to your package please contact Route via their mobile app or website.
